Since we don’t throw several crews out there, it can take a bit to get on our list.

We do. In fact, we are at the job MULTIPLE times during the day. We run to get any extra materials, check on progress, verify that our crew is maintaining a strong work ethic, and then do a final, detailed cleanup.

We are authorized installers for Owens Corning and CertainTeed. We can install other manufacturers’ shingles, but we are picky, so we might advise against certain shingles to ensure we deliver top-notch quality.
How long is a roof install
This depends on size, location, and accessibility. Our goal is to try to get things done in one day. We don’t race or shortcut to make that happen, but we always work longer hours to try to stay on that schedule. We feel, and our customers have told us, that they would rather we work 10 to 12 hours in one day than work shorter hours on different days. Based on the size of some roofs or the complexity of the work, we may let owners know that it is a 2-day job. Communication is our strong suit.
Do you give directions on what to expect before, during, and after the installation?
Boy, do we! We have tons of information. Anything we have learned over the years in business is noted and incorporated into our written communication to every customer. The more you know, the more comfortable you are with our work. And we love that.
Does your company require a deposit once we sign the contract?
No. We like homeowners to have the luxury of keeping their money until the job is complete. This is how we prefer to be treated as customers, so we pass that on. We have a scheduled system of picking up the check and bringing your lien waiver and all paperwork after the roof is installed and the customer is satisfied that the work is complete.
