Are you actually local?
Yes. One of the most important questions! We have been doing business in our home community of Fention, Missouri since we were founded in 1992. We will be here to service your roof AFTER the install. This is important.
Do you do free estimates?
Yes. We offer on-site consultations at no extra cost so you can make the best decision for your home.
Are you on the Better Business Bureau?
Yes. We are proud to say we’ve held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since we joined in 2000.
How long have you had your installation crew?
They have worked for us since 2004. We don’t have a ton of crews. We only have one. We like it that way. It gives us complete quality control over every job. We also have the ability to always have a member of our family on each job. This is just another subtle way you will feel like you are working with a personally vested roofing partner.
Do you have references?

Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry full worker’s compensation and liability insurance for your protection. Also, we show proof of insurance with every bid we send. This aspect of our business is very important to us.
Do you work with insurance companies to keep the pricing down?
Yes. We audit all paperwork from your insurance adjuster and make sure that we line up. If we do not, we will work with your adjuster to fine tune the pricing.
We have an experienced insurance management department that works with all insurance companies every day.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Yes. We know that some companies will promise you discounts or no deductible, but that is Insurance Fraud. We work above the board because we have a vested interest in our community and our business longevity.
Do you want money upfront?
No. We do not collect until the job is complete. We want you in the drivers’ seat and we trust our end result will be what you are looking for. Therefore, we don’t want any money up front.
Do you take credit cards?
How do I know if I have storm damage?
There are plenty of signs you experienced some storm damage. If your roof is missing a few shingles, that is a clear sign. More subtly, you may see brown or yellow moisture marks on your walls or ceiling.

What brands do you install?
We can install a wide variety of shingle manufacturers, depending on your preference. Our most popular manufacturing partners include CertainTeed, Owens Corning and GAF.

Do I have to be home for the inspection of our roof?
No. We can fully inspect your roof without tying up any of your time. Our team will follow your instructions to get the information back to you. If you want an appointment, just ask and we will schedule a visit at your convenience.
Can you act as a general on our house with insurance work?
Yes, we can. That way you can get our services for the roof and we can oversee all other aspects.
My neighbor had hail damage, does that mean that I do?
No. Peculiarly, hail can hit one home but not another. An inspection will ensure that you are not charged with a needless claim. Once you involve your insurance, if you do not have storm damage but you do have an old roof that is in need of replacement, you can receive a letter mandating replacement or a change in your coverage.
Do you do a go over or install a 2nd roof on top of an existing roof?
No, we do not. This would void any manufacturer or workmanship warranty. It is not in your best interest and, since voids any warranties, we would never recommend it.
How do I choose a color?
Once you have elected to use our service, we will bring sample boards to your home so that you can make the most informed decision.
Do you do all exterior work?
We do not. We try to keep our talents focused on the roof. Although we offer gutter services, we stay away from things like siding and fascia. We find it is best to stay focused on what we have perfected because it allows us to more efficiently complete the roofing, clean up, and be out of your way.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have senior citizen discounts, first responder discounts, and military discounts. We often run discounts for special events, but this typically will involve a coupon.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Yes, for a full five years. Many companies will offer a lengthy warranty to entice customers their way, but the fact is that workmanship errors will show right away. Things like blown shingles from storms or leaking pipe vents from squirrel damage are not covered.
Lastly, we have received countless calls from customers stating that they need repairs that are within the workmanship warranty from other companies that have closed or moved. Remember, that the warranty is only as good as the reputation and longevity of the roofing company that you choose.
Do you install gutter guards?
Yes, we install E-Z Lock small hole gutter screens. They are very helpful in St. Louis because they stop tree debris from clogging your gutters.
Do you install skylights?
Yes, we do. Please call our office for consultation.
Do you provide lien waivers?
Yes, we always included a lien waiver as part of our packet once the job is completed and we are paid.
